Research Topics and Collaboration in <i>Human Resource Development Review</i> 2012–2021: A Bibliometrics Approach

In celebrating HRDR’s 20 years of publication, this study aims to shed light on research trends in the journal and future needs by examining 10 publications from a structural perspective. We used three complementary computational methods find major themes including keyword network analysis, topic modeling, bibliographic coupling. This paper presents findings themes, coherence, semantic relevance based clusters formed normalized distance measures. Connectivity, co-appearances, citations are important forms scholarly communication that represent body knowledge field. Our indicate topics greatly expanded beyond early HRD learning development include various related diversity, critical HRD, equity issues organizations society. also examined author-institution-keywords affiliation authors-collaboration suggest how scholars can collaborate more future.
